We have not been able to do Mother’s Day Vintage Tea Room since before Covid! I know!! But we are back and you are all invited to join us for our very special 1940s pop up tea room on Sunday 10th March. Included in £20pp is a full savoury and sweet morning or afternoon tea; proper loose leaf tea and artisan coffee; a hand painted, personalised, ceramic gift for all the special ladies attending; personalised ration book menu to keep and live music from Elizabeth Rose. Feel free to bring your own champagne!
We turn the Kitchen Front into a 1940s’ tea room with Nippy Waitress service, proper table cloths and fine bone china. It really is a very special occasion for all the family. We only seat 16 people at a time, so it is small, intimate, very personal with great attention to detail.

We have been playing with the Paris in Spring design. Paint splatter, sculpting paste and harvest colours make this lovely textured Autumn in Cornwall jug. It features honesty, blackberries, rosehips, seed heads and sunflowers.

Join us for our morning family sessions, the print itself doesn’t take long and then we’ll work our magic and turn them into lifelong, sentimental pieces for you. Choose from all sorts of animals, ballerinas, ocean creatures to safari animals, it could be anything really even your favourite nursery rhyme or story. All you have to do is choose your ceramic item and colours and we help with the rest. Makes a great gift for your family and friends too ❤️
We have not heard so much laughter for a long time. Belly aching, side splitting laughter which does your heart and soul good. Our senior citizen group (Goldies) are such good fun, young at heart, make me cry laughing when they pop by every other week for a community session of creativity, quizzes, tea, talks, coffee and cake. This week was exceptional and is in the diary as 'The Best Fun Ever'! How I love my job and the people I meet. Happy Easter everyone. Be kind, laugh and love lots. Big love to you all. X

Farewell 2021
Farewell 2021, but I am not sure that we will miss you! It was a tough, fast, emotional, relentless intense year. However, I do know we did our best, gave everything our best shot. We did our best to stay open, be positive, kind and creative.
And we are so grateful to all of you who have supported us throughout some of our darkest days.
I believe we never stop learning, from our experiences, the people we meet, those we serve and give thanks to. Very often it is the people who are having a tough time that make us realise how lucky we really are.
Never doubt our commitment to you all. We will always support, nurture, assist, raise funds for, create opportunities for you and serve our community. (All wrapped up with creativity, art, 1940s atmosphere and plenty of cake!)
The thing I have learned the most is that kindness goes such a long way. Kindness makes the difference to everyone, and everything. Ourselves, our friends, our community, our Planet.
Thanks so much everyone. We wish you all a fantastic 2022. We will always stand by you with the utmost creativity, inquisitive mindset, search for the next great idea, can do approach and most of all kindness.
(This is the bit where we all hug and tell people we love them.) 😍
