Early start this morning! We were providing food for Alder Hay charity event - Snowdon by night.

200 Breakfast baps with vegan/veggie options and tea and coffee.

Huge thanks to Becws Glanrhyd for the baps and Castell Howell for the meat.

Our little helper Owen did not disappoint ☺️

Anyone available for the next few days? We have some odd jobs that need doing (outside work) also painting a fence.

We are looking for waiting on staff for this Friday. Hours are 12pm until about 7pm/8pm

The wedding location is Ruthin but there will be a few cars going. Therefore a possibility of lifts.

The job is fairly straight forward. The menu is an Afternoon tea. Food is available after service.

We were ar Rhyd Ddu all week last week catering for No Limits once again. The school had travelled from Sussex and were participating in activities around North Wales as part of their school trip.

We provided lunch boxes and evening meal and pudding - all homemade!!

Huge thanks to the staff at Caffi Neis for working so hard last week with endless buffets they had along with helping us with the baps and puddings 🌟 nothing is too much trouble for them ❤️

For us, July is the month of weddings, one after the other. After months of planning and emailing our lovely couples, we are so looking forward for the big day and making it happen!

We cater for a variety of events as you can see from our posts and pictures. Please get in touch if you have an event coming up that requires catering. ☺️

GLI were celebrating 35 years of the business on Friday. A repeat booking for us as we also catered for them last year. On the BBQ menu we had, burgers, sausages, fried halloumi, veg skewers, fried onions and then some cakes.

We are looking for a chef to help us with the weddings this year. LLots of hours available next month and August

Lleoliad cegin/kitchen location: Caernarfon

A crew of us will be driving to the wedding locations, possible to arrange lifts.

Hours - all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday - no split shifts. This job would suit someone already in employment and is looking for extra income or someone that is happy to work different hours every week.

Cyflog/pay £12-£15 per hour depends on experience. Dibynnu ar brofiad.

We're at Brynkir Coach House all week this week catering for a school trip from England. A repeat booking organised by No Limits. Great bunch of instructors.

On the menu - a variety of evening meals, pudding and a pack lunch.

Owen came with us to helped last night, he also helped one of the instructors start a fire for the marshmallows 😍

We had a buffet for a 100 people here today at this stunning venue. We were blown away with the stunning views here at The View Pwllheli

It was rude not to stay and have a drink when the lovely owners offered 🍻

We ran two events last Saturday - a wedding in Llŷn Gwynant Barns and a cycling event in Llanberis, which 350 were participating.

350 baps were set up and ready to serve by 10am made in Caffi Neis ❤️

At 4pm on the menu we had a variety o BBQ items and a help yourself salads 😊

It was a tough weekend but we did it 💪

We were at Llyn Gwynant Campsite last weekend. The couple decided on a BBQ menu.

4oz rump steak
Korean chilli chicken
Sticky maple glazed chicken
Greek butterflied lamb
Lamb kofta from butcher Llanrug

Vegan and veggie options were-
Cauliflower steak with chimichurri
Vegetable skewers
Corn on the cob

Side salad, wedges and bread

👰💍🤵Yesterday we were lucky to be part of John and Pascale wedding at the Telford Centre, Menai Bridge.
With the help of our little cafe Caffi Neis in Parc Menai, we were able to provide hot food for their menu at this venue.
