Nice to see something a bit different. We're not against the classic Walls/Whippy style, but a Toy Story theme is pretty cool.

Here's an example of something we warn about on a (very) regular basis: When your vehicle has just been painted, it takes *weeks* to cure, not days. Yes, the paint may be dry to the touch quite quickly, but its at least two weeks, preferably more before it's actually cured. If you rush your vehicle to the sign shop to get all graphic'd up, the vinyl will indeed stick, but there's a high risk that it'll stick to the paint a lot stronger than the paint is stuck to the van. Hence when you (or whichever unfortunate has your van after you) has the vinyl removed, this happens: paint comes off with the vinyl.
We know it's not always easy, but try and schedule in some paint cure time to the plan to get your vehicle season-ready. It could save annoyance and a bill in future.
Here's a custom wrapped Carpigiani machine that we did a short while ago. Fully wrapped sides, front and back to match the external colours of the van.
These need wrapping skills to fit, so currently this type of thing can only really be done in house by our expert (but for crying out loud don't tell them that..) installers.
Looks tidy, though!
You don't always need Contravision on your windows. If you're not as bothered about looking out, a full vinyl print will do the trick of stopping the sun from beating in. Also allows for more vivid colours than Contravision.

We're back! Now open again after the Christmas and New Year break. Menus, van graphics, stickers, cafe and food van graphics all catered for.
Get your orders in before everyone else decides to!
Hope it's a productive 2024 for all.
Nice meeting everyone at the Mobiler's Show yesterday in Blackpool. Great event and lots of friendly faces. Good selection of trade stands too. Well done all round.
Yes, you've only just parked the van up and hopped on a plane to somewhere warm, but it's not too early to start planning next season's menu! Remove the stress and panic by hitting us up for window prints and menu boards.

Well, this is possibly the smallest Ice Cream Van Wrap we've ever been asked to do...
Something a little different to apply graphics to. Look super funky, but we can confirm that performance isn't really a thing with these...
Great for official functions, though!
We've started having enquiries about Halloween. Here's a selection of KBG stickers if any outlets want to provide themed flavours for the season.

A quick 'before and after' from a van we did earlier in the season. Contravision, decals and squiggles.
Hi folks. Been a while since we posted, thankfully due to being super busy. Thought people may be interested in seeing some of the more recent graphic work that has been going on!
We've had a couple of you ask how the bonnet wrapping works on ice cream vans. We've not got many 'in progress' pics of a van, but here's a close up of a race car we did.
Basically, the vinyl is stretchable and will conform to the shape of a bonnet. You use heat to pull and bend it around the curves and corners of the body panel. It's also printable, so you can have whatever takes your fancy printed onto it.
It will last like any kind of big sticker, and should remove easily when you want it to.
Update an old bonnet and make it something new!
Another in the ongoing series of Contravision before/after shots. Glass needed proper cleaning on this one as there was lots of water held in the rubbers from the rain we've had. Something to bear in mind if you're fitting your own. The glass needs to be dry.
Old menu boards given a new lease of life. Die-cut single stickers were replaced with a single print to neaten up the look.
Nothing wrong with single die-cut stickers, by the way: If you want to stop selling a single item or run out of stock of a single item, it makes sense to be able to remove just that from your window.
Quick look at the menu side of a recent van design. Everything is a sticker that's removable and changeable.
Step 1: Van into unit.
Step 2: Strip old graphics and measure windows.
Step 3: New contravision and louvres.
Step 4: Decal decoration.
Step 5: SPLAT!!
Window menus! The one on the left is an external vinyl sticker that goes on the outside of the glass. The one on the right is a board that goes behind the glass, and can be flippable if you want to switch between the street and a more streamlined events menu.
The idiot in the middle is wearing a furry hat because it's been cold in the unit.

This van had solid vinyl all round on the windows. Took it off, and replaced with Contravision. Makes seeing out from the inside 100% easier!
Window menus and price stickers heading out the door. A decent selection of classics on this one. Not quite as many 'weird green topping on a waffle tray' choices...
Throwback to the time that Top Gear wanted to get a hold of our die-cut window stickers for these three lunatics. We actually forgot that we did the 'Freddie, Paddy and Chris' large medium and small prints as well as the other bits for the windows until we saw a repeat of this episode. We're officially 'As seen on TV' now!
There's a few folks getting ready for this time of year again, so if you take part in the fun of trying to split chocolate eggs without smashing them to pieces, then you can get your individual stickers to advertise the results by clicking on the provided link!

It's time for New Season menus! These are menu boards done on our shatterproof 2mm thick polycarbonate boards and are custom designed to be rigid enough to stand, but thin enough to let the serving window slide open with the board in place.
They're also flippable so the rear can be used for another menu if you want something different for an event rather than the street.
(You also don't need one of our Muppets to fit them...)

Blank van to play with! This one got served with a 'Splat' design and full windows, louvres and prints. Very nice van indeed.
Here's a quick before and after of a louvre change on an ice cream van. Colour-match vinyl as closely as possible, strip off the old vinyl, replace with new text.

Restaurant install. A Logo and name on a custom routed board for Purnell's Bistro. Mounted on stand-offs to bring it away from the building.
If anyone is looking for ideas for van decoration changes, an alternative to painting the scene on the rear of a van could be this: An example of a fullly laminated print that's sized to fit. Painting is still a very viable option, but if you're more inclined to change it up from season to season, you could consider this.
Contravision featuring our own design being fitted! In all honesty, no-one need worry that we're branching out and starting to sell ice cream out of a van. Our area of expertise is very much only on the outside of the van...
Contravision jobs still temporarily at 2022 prices until we need to re-stock, so if you're planning any work, now's the time.
