Happy Monday everyone! Hope you’re all doing ok. Here’s another animation for @creativefstone @folkartworks based on the amazing Sinta Tantra. This workshop is inspired by her paintings, especially on the cube in Folkestone! We will make a recycled painted tile sculpture, using a simple slotting system with cardboard. Hello! Hope you're all ok. I've created an animation for Creative Folkestone inspired by the amazing Yoko Ono! We will be making our own cut out poems from Yoko Ono's 'Earth Peace' which is part of the Folkestone Artworks. All you need for this workshop is a pen, paper, scissors and glue. Follow along at home and create your own cut our poetry ! ✨ Please share with your friends :-)

As promised here is the first video to keep calm and let’s make, a series of online creative tutorials to get us through this strange time and to keep our brains sane. After gearing myself up for 10 minutes to get over speaking on camera, I’ve created this video to hopefully spread a bit of positivity and creativity to you all! Today we’re making a really simple upcycled planter. You will need: - tin can (you’ll have plenty of these by now 😂) - napkins - mod podge or pva glue - brush - scissors Hopefully the video is self explanatory! I’m not mentioning the dreaded c-word anymore, but I really hope this gives you some positive focus and gets you making! I would love to see any outcomes if you do make any planters. This is such a good time to be out in the garden! Anyway love to know what you think and hopefully my voice doesn’t sound too nasal 😳 Happy Tuesday everyone!

My name is Emily and I run creative workshops and events for children and adults in East Kent. I’m available to deliver workshops in schools and for private groups, festivals and organisations. I offer a range of different workshops for both children and adults, which can be tailored to your individual needs and requirements.

Each month I organise Creative Social’s for adults which explores new creative processes and provides a welcomed break to everyday mayhem! During the holiday period, sketchbook club proves popular with both children who attend and their parents who get some much needed free time!

I believe the creativity is good for our brains and souls. I encourage children and adults to learn through play and experimentation in a positive and supportive environment. The workshops are process led rather than outcome, letting everyone explore their own creative potential.
