Côr Teifi’s Covid-secure policy includes requests to singers to arrive wearing a mask and throughout the registration process, and to follow the one-way system for entry and departure. Masks can be removed once you are seated for rehearsal. Singers will be seated not less than 2m from each other. The rehearsal space will be ventilated via windows and doors, therefore it is advisable to wear warm clothing. Singers who have not received both vaccinations are kindly asked to take a home lateral flow test on the day of rehearsal. They are available for free from the GOV.UK website. Anyone experiencing symptoms that might indicate an infection are asked to stay at home.

Our concert 20 Songs for 2020 planned for March last year sadly had to be cancelled due to the pandemic but we shall resurrect this in Spring 2022.

We have been dormant for the past year, however we have received a generous grant from the Welsh Government through Tŷ Cerdd to help us start up again when restrictions are eased.
We are therefore keenly looking forward to meeting and singing again, we hope by mid-summer, and will welcome new singers enthusiastically.
Our MD Henry Ward has planned an inspiring programme of baroque, romantic and twentieth-century music, including new works by local composers, for rehearsal and performance later in the year.
If you are interested in joining us please email [email protected] and follow this Page or see our web site at
