Creating the garden shacs set amidst the raised beds with all the herbs and flowers is so tranquil and relaxing.

Our May half-term breaks at fforest farm include accommodation, breakfast, movie night and a guided woodland walk.  
We love dogs at fforest, so they are very welcome too!

Heritage Canoes will also be running their trips along the unspolit Teifi Gorge ~ a trip suitable for all the family. 
And the will be re-opening for the Summer.

We are excited to announce a fforest kitchen takeover by our good friends at Wright's Food Emporium for our first Summer feast this Saturday 10th June.

The menu by Maryann is delicious!
- Rare roast beef tonnato or Asparagus, labneh, dukkah (v)
- Summer salad
- Câr-y-Môr crab linguine or Wright's wild garlic linguine (v)
- Martyn & Danielle's chicken, garden herbs, warm potato salad & greens or Aubergine involtini, warm potato salad & greens (v)

To make the night more memorable we will have a local shellfish talk & demo with Dai Crabs & fforest chief.

Also, Transhumance tales of the seasonal cattle droving to the high mountain pastures in the Italian alps.

Excited to share some of The Albion Hotel with you.
It's our new hotel, on the banks of the river Teifi.
Based on Cardigan's maritime past and in particular the voyage of the brig Albion in 1819.

As you may have heard, the has been absent from normal life for the past 18 months. He's been on a voyage of discovery back to the early 19th century. There were occasional sightings, though some thought he would never return. He's endured the doldrums, weevils in the crevices and the crew's been revolting.

But one day last month as the dawn mists cleared, we opened.

We would love you to come and experience it for yourself.

We have just released a limited number of tickets only for The Ethicurean feast at fforest

Please join us for this very special collaboration with The Ethicurean.

We have limited tickets for this wonderful event on Saturday 29th October - on the cusp of All Hallows Eve marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the “dark half” of the year.

This will be a feast to savour and send us into winter. Warm fires, twinkly lights and flavours to tickle our taste buds.

This year we are joined by to lead guests in group movement workshops. The founders will be here to discuss the benefits of connecting with nature.
