Morning all, please bear with me over the next few days. I have continued to work leading upto, during and after my Mum passing. Her funeral is this Wednesday and I have quite a bit of running around to do the next couple of days. This year I have created some brand new designs just for you! I have noticed that a lot of my previous designs are being used this year by other businesses which is fine but I always like to have a different display for your elves to arrive in style so have decided to do some brand new styles and taken some extra time to create these....keep your eyes peeled 😉

⚠️HELIUM SHORTAGE! ⚠️

Yes, so here we go again! Yet another shortage of helium 😕 this time my suppliers are being told they will only be getting upto 30% of their usual order which is huge cut based on the amount of customers they supply.

On top of that I have had more gas price increases in the last year than I have had in all the years I have been doing balloons. I have continued to keep my prices reasonable and had personally chose not to reflect these increases in the cost of my balloon service.

Going forward I will continue to try and source my helium as usual but will be using my current supply and any helium I do get to fulfil orders already booked in. New bookings for Helium displays will be temporarily on hold you can PM me for further details regarding this.

In the meantime until this situation improves I will continue to do air displays this includes number/shape stacks, garlands, hoops, any bubbles or orbz can be done but will be placed on a balloon base. There is an album in my photo gallery titled Air Displays that you can view to get ideas :) please feel free to get in touch to discuss options available x

Having worked everyday except Christmas Day over the holiday I haven't had a proper chance to reply to messages, but I will be sitting down tomorrow once the children are back in school with my new 2022 Diary/Planner and working through your messages/sending replies so if you have messaged you should hear back from me tomorrow 🙂 x

Well Elves of 2021 I think that's a wrap! We got there!!!! Nights like tonight make me realise the tireless hours I put into my job/work but seeing the end results make it all worth it.
Sometimes people wonder why I take so long to reply to messages well this picture says it all....I work alone, admin, making orders, deliveries, set ups...just me! I also have a family of 3 children and a fiance which I have to fit in and who have to deal with my balloon overload in the house 🙈
I hope all that ordered enjoy their elf reveals this year, feel free to post any pics etc and anyone waiting on a reply from me for an upcoming order, I will be in touch very soon 🙃

So here is the long awaited Elf Arrival Post....this year I have had to make 4 BRAND NEW & UNIQUE designs due to stock issues and availability...I have limited quantity available and once gone not guaranteed to be able to replenish and offer more like previous years. These are all based on 'supply your own elf' I will have a few elves but again limited and will be at an extra cost.
This year I will only be able to offer these as COLLECTION from Chigwell due to the massive demand of orders.
They will only be secured once full payment received also (message with details will be forwarded upon request)
