A brilliant cluster event for the Braydon Forest Farmers! A couple of weeks ago we enjoyed the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust magnificent meadow at Lower Moor Farm whilst discussing management of permanent pasture for production, payments & pollinators. Followed by a delicious Luckington Farm burger.

Thank you to everyone that make our Open Farm Sunday event such a huge success! The visitors, the animals, and our wonderful neighbouring farmers. The milking competition and Tree Trail were highlights amongst the children 🚜 🐄 🌳 🐎 👩‍🌾

Today marks the official start date of the Braydon Forest Farmers Cluster Group!The work we started to bring together farmers into the Braydon Forest Future Association has now been recognised by the Government and been accepted onto the Countryside Stewardship Facilitation Fund. Members will now be guided by our own Facilitator on opportunities to achieve profitable, nature and environmentally friendly farming goals. The success recognises the historic landscape of the Braydon Forest that still supports a number of important species and the impressive commitment of more than 30 farmers to work together and find new and additional ways to achieve environmental goals.
