Know anyone getting married?

In just under 4 weeks time we have the chipping sodbury wedding fair, on the 8th October, in the town hall.
Entry is Free, with donations to Young Lives vs Cancer. At the fair we have many local wedding companies on hand to help you plan your special day.
If you know anyone getting married please feel free to tag them in this post.

If looking to exhibit we do have a few spaces available, but we are full for photographers, cars and cakes.

Our Chipping Sodbury wedding fair is taking place on the 4th October 2020, 11am - 3pm.
At this fair we will have approx 40 exhibitors, less than usual but due to the current covid restrictions we are having to implement a one way system and therefore have less stands than usual.

If coming to the fair everyone over the age of 11 years old will have to wear a face mask or face visor, no exceptions. There will be hand sanitiser at the sign in desk and we expect all visitors to use this upon entry to the building.

Due to the restrictions on numbers of people in the building we are aiming to stagger entry to the wedding fair. We are asking that groups where the brides surname begins with the initial A-E come in at 11am, initial F-K 12 noon, L-P at 1pm and Q-Z at 2pm. If you cant make these times, we will work to get you in as soon as possible, but if you can stick to these times it would be appreciated, to hep with staggering entry to the building.

At this fair there will be NO FASHION SHOW as we cant have people congregating at the stage, to watch the show.

Entry is Free, but we won't be supplying the usual goody bags, as this wouldn't be fair on the brides who come later in the day, as requested above.

This is going to be a great wedding fair and we are looking forward to welcoming you to the Chipping SOdbury town hall on the 4th October.

Chipping Sodbury wedding fair 3rd February.

One of the areas best wedding fairs, with approx 50 exhibitors, a fashion show at 1pm, Free entry with a free cotton tote bag for the first 50 brides.

We still have space for wedding businesses, but are full for photographers. If interested in exhibiting stands are £85 for a 6ft table. We usually attract approx 100 brides, making this one of the areas busiest wedding fairs.

A space has become available at our wedding fair in a weeks time for a photographer. As these spaces are hard to come by I offering it on a first come basis. The fair is in Chipping Sodbury town hall on the 16th sept 11-3. Message me if interested. Cost is £75 for a 6ft table
