Did you know that many of your Christmas cards won’t be recycled this year?

Unless your cards are simply, well …card, they cannot be recycled. Any glitter, shiny plastic or metallic text or coating and any glued or embossed bits on the cards will contaminate the recycling process.

So instead of trying to recycle, why not upcycle instead? We will take your used Christmas cards ready for next year’s upcycling projects and give them a new purpose.

We also want scraps of ribbon, bows, fabric, wool, yarn and string, as well as your unwanted, old Christmas decorations.

Items can be dropped off to the kiosk Friday - Sunday, 10am-3pm.
