Hello Everyone!

It has been awhile since a last update on our page and we are really sorry about this. We have been trying our best to keep up with demands and we thank you all for the wonderful and amazing support and understanding you have shown towards Mad Hatters. We can't thank you all enough for this. However, we do have some sad news and due to unpredictable circumstances we will no longer be taking in new orders. We are really sorry for those who have messaged us trying to book in a treat from us. We are sorry to have had to notify you all that we are unable to take in your request.

For those who have made bookings earlier this year, there is no need to worry! We will still be making and delivering your orders in the days ahead and we hope you enjoy the last batches that will be leaving Mad Hatters and onto our customers. Once again, we are really sorry about this news and we hope you all have enjoyed this little venture as much as we have.

We hope you are all doing well! We would just like to start this post by thanking every single one of you for your amazing support and wonderful feedback. It has been such an unforgettable start to our little business, this would not be the case if it wasn't for every single one of you. No matter the size of an order whether it be a single cheesecake egg to large orders of different variations, it has truly been a very enjoyable process from making them all the way to hearing your feedback.

Speaking of Feedbacks, which we greatly appreciate! We try to adapt to best satisfy our customers wants and with all your request and feedback for future designs which has been implemented into these tasty treats. We hope this leaves your mouth watering and we look forward to hearing from everyone.

We have been getting large request for the Mothers Day Special and due to us being fully booked we haven't been able to take anymore orders. Due to the large demands and tomorrow being a special day and some change of plans. We have 2 Mothers Day Special available for the taking to anyone. Hello Everyone!

Since we first opened we have now grown a little more, all thanks to your wonderful support and reviews. We have increased in size and are now capable in delivering to larger events with that require more treats. Because of this growth we will be able to tackle and cater to all the special occasions, for example Birthdays, Baby Showers, Weddings, Christenings and many more. So for those who are looking for large quantities of tasty treats, look no further!

Luxury Afternoon tea
We would just like to let everyone know that we are very close to finalising the final design for the Luxury Afternoon Tea for those who would like a little more extra in their orders. We will be releasing the photos very soon so keep your pages refreshed to ensure you are able to book your slot in!

Hello Everyone!

Just a quick update, as mentioned before we are increasing our prices at the 1st of March and these will be the final prices for the treats we offer. This is not a big jump from our introductory prices and many will find that it will still be good value for money. Not all the treats will be changed in prices, only some of them. We would just like to thank everyone for purchasing our treats and supporting us! This has been really wonderful and we have enjoyed making these treats for all of you and don't intend on slowing down anytime soon. We apologise to those who were unable to get booked in due to the slots full, overtime when we settle in the groove we will try to take more orders in allowing more treats to go out. Without hindering our ability to execute the treats quality and exceed your expectations when purchasing our goods.

For recent orders or anyone who has placed an order with us already, there is no need to worry. Prices will remain the same for those orders and there will be no need to pay extra :)

We will also be releasing a Luxury Set that will cost a bit more in comparison to the packages we have on offer, however, we will ensure that these will also be great value for our customers money and we will try to exceed your expectations with this set too! So keep your eyes peeled for when this set is released and available for purchase.

Hello everyone,

This one goes out to the lovers of our big boy scones! As you guys call them. We will be selling our scones in boxes, whether it is a mixture of plain, cheese or fruits, just let us know 24hrs in advance which type you would like and we can bake these fresh for you as a pack of 12. For a box of any 12 scones you would like this will only come in at £10!

This box will only come with scones, we do have sides available (cream, jam and butter) if you would like these added to the order please just let us know when ordering and we will happily add this in for you.

Sorry for the multiple post today but Facebook doesn't seem to want to cooperate with us today and currently having some technical difficulties. However this should be our last post for the day until further updates in the future in regards to new items being available or new Tea designs.

Similar to the attempted post earlier this will be a balloon package that anyone and everyone can order in addition to their current or future orders with us. For a small charge of £4.99 you will be able to select any balloon shown in the photos, this will come with a weight and a ribbon. Whether you have and order with us or not this can be purchased with or without having to purchase our afternoon teas. HOWEVER, PURCHASING BALLOONS ONLY WILL REQUIRE THEM TO BE PICKED UP

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all doing well, we will be adding more available varieties and add ons to the Kids selection for a small price. Being a parent in the present day we understand how challenging the past couple of months have been, especially for our little ones! However, they have embraced this and strived. We will be posting in the next day or two the available additions you can include to the order. Hello Everyone!!

Just a quick update and keep everyone posted, we would just like to talk about a few changes that will be happening along with some other news.

1.
Introductory Prices

We would like to let everyone know that we have entered the market in a very competitive market keeping cost low to ensure that our selling price are as low as they can be, with quality and our customers expectations in mind. Our introductory prices will be coming to an end on February and the items and packages we currently have and some more new designs that will be added will have a change in price starting on the 1st of March. These changes won't be drastic and will not break the bank 🙂 this we can assure you

Mothers Day Designs

In the past few days we have had large amounts of request and demands for the Mothers Day slot, we are flattered and have really been touched by the trust everyone has placed with us. Ordering a package in which they nor us have a specific design released. We can not explain how much this level of trust has truly touched us. However, before we start booking in slots and agreeing to request we would like to ensure that our customers can see and know what to expect with the money they have decided to spend.

We are in the process of finalising a design for the special day that is Mothers Day, unfortunately it has taken longer than anticipated as we are making sure the design fits the occasion. Seeing that is is for Mothers, this is very important and we want to make sure everyone is happy with the final product. We will be releasing the layout very soon (within the next couple of days).

Valentines

We have had more request for Valentines day slots and unfortunately we are fully booked on the day. We are really sorry for everyone who has tried to book for Valentines but didn't manage to get booked in. We have a few slots available for the 13th Saturday, so we have done Valentines specials to be delivered on earlier days instead, with most opting out for Saturday the 13th and some for Friday the 12th.

We would just like to inform everyone who has ordered or are planning to order the Valentines special on the 12th Friday and maybe are planning to keep the special for Valentines day, that this may not be ideal as the baked goods will no longer be fresh along with the other treats the special comes with.
