In 2019 Mark set up Paprikathyme Ltd, as director Mark manages all aspects of the business. In the last 3 years we've done over 20 outside events, supplied staff to numerous restaurants and have several contracts with businesses supplying catering services. Our clients include Chester Races, The Jockey Club, Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival, Cheltenham Race cour

se and Uncle B's event catering. Previously Mark had been working as an event/relief chef for over 5 years based in North Wales and the North-west of England. His clients included Chester races, Camp and Furnace, Echo Arena, Ruthin Castle, The Cultural Catering co, Manchester Utd and Liverpool football clubs, National football museum and many fine dinning weddings.
