We love doing jobs like this, little girls birthday and she was taken out for the afternoon. We planned with the mum to go in while they were out and set up a bouncy castle for when she got home for an extra surprise. Looks like it went down a treat 😍😍😍😍

Guys please bare in mind that if you book with us, the weather will play a huge part in whether we can set up safely and if we can’t we simply won’t do it. It’s not a case that we’ve “LET YOU DOWN LAST MINUTE”

We cancelled all of our bookings today as they were all outside, looks like we made the correct call.

We won’t cancel unless we absolutely have to, it’s now pouring down with thunder/lightning

I can assure you we are just as annoyed as you but we have to put safety first

I have to apologise to my beautiful wife for today, we were heading out for lunch when the phone rang, a poor little boy had been let down by a CHEAP to hire bouncy castle company in Nuneaton 30mins before his party was due to start 😢😢. Lunch cancelled, got to the unit and loaded then to the customer within 40 minutes, party saved 🙌🏻🙌🏻.

Please people I know there are companies out there that are cheap but they are cheap for a reason, they simply don’t care. I believe KB Bouncy Castle Hire had a similar experience today.
