Love getting emails like these from our wonderful clients

Dear Kieron,

Thank you so much for the wonderful meal you and your team provided for our Golden Wedding celebration. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and served, we had lots of compliments about the food. Sue, Sam and Rosie did an amazing job at setting out the tables and drinks, serving the meal, clearing away and tidying up as well as serving the cake, certainly beyond my expectations. They helped serve the drinks as guests arrived which was a huge help. The meal was presented beautifully in the meeting room. They were very helpful and also discreet, we didn't feel rushed and the whole meal was very relaxed. I particularly liked the way Sue asked us to get the guests to sit down so she could call them table by table to be served, that worked really well. Thank you very much and I will certainly recommend you to others, in fact already done so!

make this too hot to handle some low life has stolen this from my workplace in Horley

Along with a full 19kg gas bottle.

Bbq is heavy so must have been planned.

Its all about giving back to the community and working with local people and helping out where we can. Its been a pleasure working with Alex Oecken-Faithfull and Football Fun Factory to ensure hot meals were supplied daily.

Its amazing to then see these helping out Crawley Open House to provide meals for the less fortunate.

The lovely people at Football Fun Factory are busy laying on summer football experiences for youngsters locally, and after every session, they bring us any excess food to use within our hostel and Resource Centre. We are grateful for their thoughtfulness and concern

So this happened yesterday... 2 local caterers working hand in hand to deliver a copius amount of food and drink for a joint 30th and 60th Birthday! Canapes, bowled food and a Lazee Graze table to finish the evening off. Such a pleasure to work with, thank you to Steff and her lovely team who delivered a great day!

A busy day today, lunch as usual, then 2 events running side by side, a huge congratulations to Chloe and Ewan who had this amazing 7kg of cheese for thier wedding cake which was setup by the one and only Events by Helen at Cottesmore Hotel Golf and Country Club who helped me out while i went off to setup for a bbq after rain stopped sports day but we still had a great time!

Always a pleasure working with Events by Helen this time in an absolutely stunning setting by the estuary. For a 300th Anniversary. Both 75, golden wedding anniversary and 100 countries visited together. Absolutely amazing.

A huge congratulations to David & Irene who had a magical day yesterday before flying off to Italy next month for the big day.

Having the thumbs up for our 2 course lunch from Irenes mum who flew in from Italy was the best compliment you can get.

A challenge to fuse italian and jamaican cultures and flavours for this amazing couple.

A traditional bruschetta to start, but this had slow roasted isle of white tomatoes, smoked sea salt, pickled red onion and buffallo mozzarella on garlic infused sour dough croutes and fresh basil.

To follow a fusion of jerk pulled chicked chicken rigatoni with a chargrilled bell pepper and tomato sauce finished with a nice kick of a rum,pinapple and chilli dressing.

A huge thank you to the wonderful Events by Helen and Co-Ordination Event Hire for the amazing tableware

We had a very busy day yesterday starting off with a players lunch Reigate Priory Cricket Club for 28, with a slow cooked chicken tikka masala, a buffet lunch for 44 upstairs at the same time,which included fresh tuna nicoise, a chinese style grilled chicken and watermelon salad with cheeseboards and sticky toffee pudding followed on into the evening with a private dining for 7 in Salfords for a 40th birthday with ham hock terrine, pickled baby vegetables, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. We were very busy to capture it all but we did get a few snaps! Another great day working with the fabulous ladies from Events by Helen

I've been keeping a secret for a while as i'm not one to usually shout about me and what I do but today something amazing happened.

A few months ago I posted that i'd be nominated for an award..

Well...... I only went a won!!!

After nearly 2 years of starting this as a small side hustle, the business has grown organically and I have had the opportunity to create some amazing menus from initial ideas for you, from private dining for 2 in garden pods to bbqs for 150 people and Alice in wonderland afternoon tea themed wedding breakfast.

I just want to thank each and everyone that has given me the opportunity to cater for you whether, big or small.

Our diary is now almost full for 2024, limited dates remaining.
