So so soooo many bookings, already into April and May, with February nearly fully booked.
Just a little starter here for a recent Hen party, wild mushroom arancini balls, red pepper and tomato purée with a watercress and balsamic glaze salad.

Last nights job in beautiful Swanage, via the sandbanks ferry.

Tomahawk steak - medium rare, and reverse seared, sautéed potatoes and asparagus, and a rosemary and garlic jus.

This time was the turn of one of the most popular.... Citrus tart, with shortbread, macaroon, mint and berries. 🍓🍋

Middle Eastern food is on trend right now.

We had a nice little booking with this dish, braised lamb on bulgar wheat, topped with toasted nuts and coriander, with a fresh flat bread and yoghurt dressing.

We have just done a wedding with ‘salad buffet’, here are are 2 of our favourites; Tender-stem broccoli with garlic, chilli and sesame dressing, and the second is courgette ribbons, with a french dressing, topped with a goats cheese crumb. 🐐

A solid fan’s favourite for our private chef bookings. 8/10 bookings choose it!! Which we assume means we are@doing something right.
This one has a strawberry macaron, shortbread crumb and blackberry compote.

A nice local one today in a very sunny and hot Crawley. Very nice people, who enjoyed a very tasty meal ... their words not mine.
Here is the starter, lightly spiced tempura prawns with a samphire salad.
