We are based in central Derby and deliver within the Derbyshire area charging 50pence per mile. Deliveries outside of this area can also be arranged via post office/ courier. Please note that deliveries by a third party are priced based on the weight of the parcel and typically start from £8.80 with an added 95p for recorded delivery. Please see link below for weight charges for delivery by Royal Mail. Terms and Conditions: General: When placing an order with Little Lion Hampers all orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below: Little Lion Hampers will endeavour to produce your order to the specifications in the designs chosen and shown on our page, however sometimes due to availability this can alter. Little Lion Hampers will endeavour to keep you well informed of any colour or design changes deviating from your original order. Payment: Payment is required in Pounds Sterling. We will ask for payment of your order as follows: 50% deposit due within 3days of ordering and the remaining total due 24 hours before delivery. Payment is preferred via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. Delivery: We will personally deliver your order at the time and date as agreed upon ordering. If you need to change the date or time with us, we require as least 2 days notice. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order. Post: We are not responsible for Royal Mail delivery times. Proof of postage is obtained and a claim for non delivery will be made by us from Royal Mail if your parcel does not turn up. However, claims cannot be made from Royal Mail until 14 working days after posting for parcels. All items are packaged well, however in the event that your items(s) arrive damaged from transit, we are not liable to refund or replace and will provide proof of postage for you to claim your costs back. Allergies: We cannot guarantee that our Sweet Trees/ Bouquets do not contain traces of nuts, as we purchase from a variety of manufacturers. It is your responsibility to inform the recipient that some sweets may contain traces of nuts. We will endeavour to suit your needs in the ranges of sweets you require including vegetarian. Storage: All our Hampers, Sweet Bouquets and Sweet Trees are made to order. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order as we will need to purchase your desired contents/ sweets/ chocolates. We only purchase from reputable stores. We recommend that you store any items containing sweets or chocolates in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
