Harwell Village Hall was opened in the 1930s and since then has been a well-used social centre for the village and surrounding areas. We have recently successfully completed a £1.3million building project to extend and renovate the hall, which was paid for by donations from local people, gift-aided donations, Section 106 monies from local housing developments, grants and a loan from the Charity Ba

nk. Despite the massive building project we were able to keep the hall running throughout and we are hugely grateful to our regular users and the people of Harwell Village for supporting us throughout. Music at the Unicorn's first gig of the autumn season is less than 5 weeks away - we have Natalie Holmes with support from George Boomsma on Thursday 5th September. This will be the opening night of Natalie's short September tour.

Some may remember George from when he opened for Katherine Roberts and Sean Lakeman.
