Another great turnout at NT Wentworth Castle Gardens, for my beginners photography session, remember if you are a member of the national trust these events are free, if not, normal entry prices apply. Next drop in session is at Clumber Park NT on the 16th September, where the subject will be long exposure photography.

With luck the country will come out of lockdown very soon and we can get back to doing what we do best. First wedding of the year confirmed and set to go ahead at this amazing venue.

We still have a few dates left for 2021/2022 but because we only do a limited number of weddings each year, we believe in quality not quantity, they are filling up very fast.

Staying in France for of our lockdown post, we go to Oradour-sur-Glane. Destroyed by the Waffen SS on 10th June 1944, with the loss of 642 lives, it is now a permanent memorial to those who died. The village is exactly as it was left after the massacre, well worth a visit to pay your respect to the innocent civilians who lost their lives in WWII.

France is the subject of and the medieval city of Carcassonne.This fantastic place, nestled in the foothill of the pyrenees is well worth a visit not only for it beauty, but because its also in one of the best wine areas in France.
