🌸🌸 PLEASE READ IN FULL🌸🌸

The past 6 months has been so hard for me announcing the closing of my shop after 17 years and closing in March after 25 years in the same industry

Taking my floristry home was me not wanting to give up the job I had done for 25 years, unfortunately it was not the same as working in my little shop I missed my work colleagues, the chatter, my Coxhoe street customers, and the vibe from my fellow owners on the street

So the sad news is that from today I will no longer be trading I have decided to close flowers by Michell altogether

I want to thank everyone that has supported me, worked for me and supplied me over the past 17 years
I will always see it as a massive achievement at the age of 24 years old owning my own flower shop and trading for such a long time but times change, trends change and you have to change with the times

I have a new exciting career to start in August which I can't wait for
Your never too old to learn

Again thank you so much for 17 years

So the time has finally arrived I put a post on a couple of months ago explaining about our move and have told as many people as possible
From tomorrow we are no longer in our coxhoe shop BUT you can still get our beautiful flowers with an amazing service our lovely Carol and Claire are still delivering our fantastic flowers with their sparkling personality
You can ring 0191 3770278 same phone number we have always had to order, message on fb or flowersbymichell.co.uk it is a next day delivery collection service so please plan you can collect from wing and a prayer or get one of our grab and go aqua packs from their which will be available Wedensday to Sunday
Our bespoke Sacriston shop is running as usual with the lovely Lauren and Carol
It's been a roller-coaster 17 years in my little shop we have been through hard times fun times I have had some amazing people as part of the flowers by Michell team Claire, Carol, lindsay, laura, Emma, Lauren but to name a few and some amazing friendships that I will take with me
I'm so excited for the next chapter of the buisness and to spend more time with my family
