We believe Great Foods make Great Events. Nikki has been working in the catering industry for some 30 years, both in UK and Spain. Her early years were spent in Wine Bars where she learnt to love and know all about wine. In the 80’s she moved to Spain and continued to work within the industry following her love of creating both hot and cold meals and beautiful and tasteful finger buffets. Within a

few years she was running her own bar which she soon out-grew! She needed to enlarge her business to accommodate a more entertaining environment. She opened her Bistro in 2002 where she produced the most amazing dinner/dance evenings, which became a popular venue for all types of celebrations. Since returning to UK she has become very well known in East Grinstead for both her food and the service she provides. Nikki loves both private and corporate parties, so if you’re looking for quality at reasonable prices – Nikki’s your girl!
