Hi all,
I registered a catering business last year and finally going to get going with it.
My idea is that I will be making a variety of different dishes 3 - 4 times per week. Probably looking at Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
I will make various dishes in different sizes I.e 1 person, 2 people ..... all the way to 6-8 people +.
I will make food in a dish that you can serve on your table and return to me the next day (cleaned or not), this will cut down on recycling and it will also look prettier on your table than foil or cardboard π
The idea is that you can reheat the food in your oven when you are ready to eat. Just whip up a salad or some veg to accompany your meal or let me know and I can do it all for you πͺ I can provide you with parboiled potatoes that you can roast in your oven and veg that has been prepped and ready to go into the oven for scrumptious roast veg.
I will take bookings 24 hours in advance. You can pm me your orders as we go along.
I will deliver to you over weekends to Cramond/Barnton however during the week it will be collection only .
