Need some destination inspiration for a future European meeting or Incentive (when we can all travel again that is!!), well how about Trondheim in Norway? We were in touch with a contact at the Britannia Hotel in Trondheim which is located in the city centre about 25 minutes from the airport (it’s a 50 minute flight from Oslo, by the way). A privately owned, independently operated 5 star hotel, Britannia reopened in April 2019 after a $150 million renovation. It has 233 rooms, 4 restaurants (one having a Michelin star), 2 bars, 13 meeting rooms (see video link), and a large Spa.

Even though international meetings and events are some way off, we’re keeping up-to-date with both international and UK venues. Today we met with the 5 star Villa Agripinna Gran Melia Rome, a contemporary hotel which is ideally suited for the small, more intimate meetings – they have 3 function rooms. The hotel is located just steps from the Vatican Museums in panoramic gardens with lots of outdoor space, which can be used for events and catering, a real bonus at the moment!
