Hi everyone just thought I would post this practice plate of food for our upcoming hen party of 20. It’s a pork loin coated in cep powder, potato sage and bacon bon Bon, crackling swirls and homemade apple sauce served with a pork jus. This is just a small example of the food we cook and whether this is your style of food or just a hearty lasagne or cottage pie we will personally design and Taylor a menu for your private dining needs. Please don’t hesitate to message us at anytime. We can come and cook for dinner parties at your house or prepare all the food for you to collect and just warm up yourself. Nothing beats a proper piece of gorgeous rib eye from Martin's Meats . Thought I would post this to wet the appetite for tomorrow’s big game as I’m sure a few will be cooking a roast or having a bbq before the game ready to soak up all the beer. Do remember we are still offering meals that all freshly prepared including our famous beef wellingtons, all you have todo is follow a few simple instructions to warm them up and sit back and enjoy. It’s burger szn, baby! We spare no expense building our top quality gourmet burgers - grass-fed Longhorn beef and the best Colston Basset Stilton set each other off perfectly, topped with spicy home made salsa and a crisp little gem lettuce leaf, encased in a sticky brioche bun. My favourite dish. Guinea fowl breast filled with pistachio and apricot mouse, pressed confit leg terrine. Potato rosti , apricot purée and a guinea fowl jus! Yes I know this has been made before but it’s one of my timeless classics and is such a succulent and more tasty equivalent to chicken and I think a real show stopper. This is definitely one to consider ordering for a wow dinner party option for us to cook at your house during a dinner party once lockdown lifts. Chocolate and orange Rozenn with a mint flavoured creme Anglais. An indulgence of chocolate set with Italian meringue and whipping cream, layered with Grand Marnier and orange sponge, then coated in a 70% Lindt chocolate shell. Decadent and utterly delicious!

A little lockdown indulgence. A perfect chateaubriand for 2 sourced from Martin's Meats served will all the classic accompaniments and washed down with a lovely St Emilion grand cru.
