Following a few comments we would like to make things clear thatthe Rutland by Belvoir LTD/The Dirty Duck made the decision to cease trading because of Financial difficulties. It wasn’t the Castle’s decision. They decided not to run it themselves, as there a few parties interested. A new Tenant will be found soon.

UPDATE
The Dirty Duck will not be opening until a new Tenant has been appointed. We have all been made Redundant and are currently looking for jobs.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to change of ownership the Dirty Duck will closed from 2nd April for Maintenance work. The date for re opening is to be confirmed.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding .
Thank you for all your support over the last 8 years. We are not leaving, but will be working for the new owners.

It’s Quiz Night tomorrow night. The theme this month is a hat with a picture of a frog on it, as it’s National Hat Day and National Frog Day in the month of March, so we’re combining the two to make it more interesting 🤔
