A note from us 💛 – Changes at The Boathouse Cafe from April 1st

Since opening in July 2023, we’ve poured our hearts into building a space full of warmth, great food, and connection.

Like many small independents, we’ve felt the impact of rising costs and a tough hospitality climate. So from April 1st, we’ll be scaling back from a full-service restaurant to a more flexible cafe offering: fresh pastries, sandwiches, cakes, and locally sourced snacks — plus a fully licensed bar with a new drinks menu coming soon.

Our new opening hours will be Monday–Saturday, 9am–3pm, and we truly hope you’ll continue to stop by, enjoy a coffee, and connect.

Later this summer, we’re bringing fresh energy to the riverside — with weekend terrace openings, food trucks, pop-ups, and laid-back events that reflect the spirit of The Boathouse.

If you’re a local supplier or creative collaborator, we’d love to hear from you.

We’ll also continue to offer the space for private events, celebrations and meetings, now in partnership with a handpicked selection of local caterers.

And finally — a heartfelt thank you to our incredible team, especially our chefs Jerome, Ben and Sorin, for their creativity and care. Our front-of-house team will continue to welcome you warmly into this next chapter.
