Hello and Welcome to the Mad Hatter’s Eco Party Kit In A Box! My name is Annie and I run the Eco Party Kit alongside my other business, the Mad Hatter’s Pop Up Party Shop (which stocks lots of great Party and Busy Bag gifts, Stocking Fillers and Birthday Gifts).
We are a family that loves celebrations and parties, but hates the waste that comes with disposable paper and plastic tableware and decorations. So this is a great alternative!

♻️ What area does the Party Kit cover?
The Mad Hatter’s is based in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire and we deliver our Eco Party Kits to Thame, Aylesbury, Princes Risborough and surrounding villages 🏡
♻️ What does the Party Kit contain?
🎉 The Party Kit contains Plates, Bowls, Cups, Cutlery as well as Serving Bowls, Platters and Trays, Snack Bowls and Jugs. Also included are tablecloths (oilcloth or fabric) and decorations such as bunting, paper fans and lanterns. We aim to supply all the tableware you need so that there is no need to buy disposable party ware. Our service tab on Facebook details exactly what is included in all our kits. Also listed there are additional add-on items that are available to hire.
We use Stylish Bamboo and Shatterproof Plastic. Both Party Kits come in Pastel and Vibrant Rainbow colours. We use plastic as it is easy to clean, safe and hardwearing, especially for young children’s parties. But don’t worry this isn’t single use plastic. These kits are used again and again 💚♻️ ✅.
All our tableware is food safe, bisphenol A free and dishwasher safe. If you have a theme, we would love to mix and match our tableware and decorations to suit your party fun. ⭐️ 🦕 💎 🦄 👶 🎄
All we ask is that you take care of the Party Kit, especially with the items that are easily damaged, so that we can reuse our kits for years to come. 💚 We want you to have a brilliant party that is brilliant for the planet 🌍
♻️ What sized parties can you cater for and how much do does it cost?
Our Party Kits come in three pre-set sizes, for up to 10, 20 or 30 people for the Bamboo Party Kits and for both the Pastel and Rainbow Plastic Kits.
The Bamboo Party Kit for 30 people costs £40.00, for 20 people £30.00 and for 10 people £20.00. The Pastel and Rainbow Plastic Party Kits for 30 people costs £25.00, for 20 people £20.00 and for 10 people £15.00. As well as the tableware and decorations, our service includes the washing up and free delivery within 5 miles from Haddenham.
If you are planning a bigger celebration, please get in touch and we will do our best to meet your requirements 💚. We currently have 44 Bamboo Tableware place settings and 70 place settings in our Pastel and Rainbow Plastic. They may not always be available if other people are hiring parts of our kits. If you don't see what you want, we may be able to get more items in for you.
♻️ How do I know if the Party Kit is available for hire on my party date?

♻️ How long can I have the Party Kit for?
The hire period is normally for 36 hours, but we may need to collect earlier if it is a busy weekend.
♻️ Do you offer delivery or do I have to collect the Party Kit from you?
We offer FREE delivery of our Party Kits up to 5 miles of our postcode in Haddenham 🚗 If you live further afield, 5-15 miles, we can deliver for an additional cost of £5. Contact us for a quote for other distances. 🚙 You can also organise to collect and drop back your Party Kit back, if that is simpler for you. ❗️Please note, we will always try to accommodate your schedule but delivery may not always be possible depending on the date and location.
♻️ Do I need to wash the Party Kit before I return it?
No, Our service includes washing up the kit ready for the next celebration.
♻️ Are there any conditions for use?
We want the Party Kits to last, so please take care of the kit, especially those items that can be easily damaged. Please don’t use metal cutlery on the Bamboo or Plastic tableware as it scratches. Or use the tableware to heat food by placing in an oven or the microwave. We also ask that excess food and liquid are removed from the tableware before packing it in the box, for hygienic reasons, and we will do the rest.

♻️ How and when do I make payment?
Payment is required at the time of confirming your booking, along with a refundable deposit. Payment can be by bank transfer, my mobile card reader or cash. Your deposit is refunded when the Party Kit is returned. If any item is lost or broken you will be charged at the cost price.
Hiring a Party Kit can reduce both the carbon footprint of your party and the waste going to landfill without compromising on any of the fun!
