Last week by way of desert, I decided to select Sherry Trifle as my desert.

First of all, what a surprise at the size of the portion. It is many, many years, since I enjoyed, what for me, was an absolutely fantastic desert. I did not want it to end, to the point that I was using my fingers to get the last maussel out of the tray.

A fantastic bit of decadence, for me, and Wow! I thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful and lick of the spoon.

Thank you I will be ordering another portion of Sherry Trifle very soon.
