Memory from 4 years back. When my baby was just spreading its wings....

One of my Dad’s recipe... my Kolkata kitchen friends family was small then but many of you used to drive all across London and beyond to taste and collect my simple dishes.

A heart-felt gratitude and thank you to all of you friends and family who have supported me through thick and thin, while my baby was growing and kept us afloat. 🙏

This Pujo we had the opportunity to serve bhog and authentic bengali food to 1000s of people from 2 ends of London - Ealing and Wimbledon.

From Mangsho Bhat to delectable sona moonger dal, crispy beguni, to mouth watering kochuri, many people came back for a second helping and we ensured there was plenty of food.

We tried to recreate Deckers Lane experience through stalls, we served street food including chop, cutlet, rolls to indo-Chinese, from bengali Fish paturis to Kolkata mutton biriyani..

There footfall was 10000+ people and the venue was buzzing like every year.

Moreover we has sweet, chop & cutlet orders from various parts of London.
The orders continued... for Bijoya celebrations and Lakhmi Puja, when we again catered for a few more hundreds last Saturday/ Sunday.

The saga continues... thank you to you all for showering your love and blessings on us always.

3 years seems like yesterday...
One of our most successful indoor supper clubs then... Chingri Paturi and Chal Potol where the super stars.

We had over 30 people attending from 6 months baby to 60 year olds in my small home.

This event gave us the confidence to Dream BIG!

We have come a long way but this event will always remain close to my heart.

Thanks to you all who have been with me through this journey, without all your support and warmth this would have not been possible.

Back on popular demand...

Two very different yet unique dishes,

First, Raw plantain (kanchkolar) kofta curry, a vegan delight, is a home-style traditional grandma's recipe.

Second, Chicken Chanp is a rich spicy party food from the Royal Mughal kitchens, which is very much a part of Kolkata cuisine, but its flavours yet to be discovered by most of the world.

What an amazing day @ Snehodiya IFA Shield UK - Indian Fans Association yesterday!

Thank you so much to BHF and LSU for choosing us as food partners year on year!

While the players of both East Bengal and Mohan Bagan Rocked on the field, so did the King Prawns and Queen of Fish Hilsa, along with our mouthwatering street food and world famous Bengali sweets!
