Under no circumstances what so ever will any orders or dates be put in the diary, saved or confirmed until we receive a non refundable booking fee / deposit.. which will either be knocked off your bill or kept if cancelled (especially last minute)
These dates / bookings that are last minute cancellations could be allocated to someone else that has had to be turned away.
Yes we do understand peoples circumstances, but you know the ones that just think its acceptable without a second thought, they're the ones who ruin it for others!
Weeks or months in advance.. we can sometimes fill the date, last minute.. as you can imagine is frustrating for us in this industry. Thanks for understanding & to those that continue to support this little business 🫶
