The stage is set for an amazing weekend here at Valley Fest. Saturday I’ll be in the chef demonstration area showcasing classic Vietnamese summer rolls with shrimp from 4.30. Sunday I’ll be in the fire pit Arena at 2.30 grilling fresh Cornish octopus and serving it with a Tunisian style harrisa and chickpea salad. Valley Fest 2024
