To enable our staff and volunteers to pay their respects and join the nation in mourning, all of our charity shops, retail outlets and our Retail Distribution Centre will be closed on Monday 19th September for Her Majesty The Queen’s funeral. All collections and deliveries will also be rearranged. Our Retail department will reopen as normal on Tuesday 20th September.

The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.

The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.

It's been some time since we last posted however we'd like everyone to know that we are reopen and back to our previous hours of 10am - 4pm, Monday to Saturday! ☺️

We must stress that it is appointment only as cleaning takes place between customer appointments and is more important now. As with other shops masks must be worn to appointments.
