This is Freya. She was a wee VIP who I took to Lodge on Loch Lomond on Saturday to attend her pawrents wedding. I made her a little bandana to match the bridal party too.
I think we can agree, she's a lovely girl ❤️

Helllooooooo!!!

I've been extremely quiet on socials lately BUT that's because I've been so busy.
I've been attending weddings up and down the country and having theeeee best time with all of your doggies 🐶♥️
When I've not been at weddings, I've been boarding all of your lovely doggies so it's literally non stop ☺️

This weekend was up and down to St Andrews Thursday, Friday and today but not only do I get to travel doing what I love, I also get to do it with my husband so we squeeze in some days out where we can 😉

I'll get posting all of the lovely weddings I've been doing lately after a few much needed days off.

If carlsberg done fields.....

When I say that I'll take the dogs to the field, I always say which field that is and that field is Archie's Dog Acres
As you will see in this wee clip It's HUGE with long grass areas which the dogs absolutely love running through playing chase 🤣 it has trees, hills and lovely muddy puddles.
There's agility equipment for use, shelters and a great, secure parking spot.
Some dogs I look after can't get off lead so when they come here, they get to play freely with their new found friends in a safe secure area.
It's genuinely my happy place 😀

We looked after the gorgeous Nevis yesterday while his humans got married. He came here for some playtime and a wee sleepover before going back home today.
We went along to see my cousin and her little dog, Ozzy yesterday and went a big walk together. Today, it was in the field with the ball before I took him home.
I hope I managed to tire Nevis out, although, a springer spaniel.......so......🤣

Last week we went along to with wee Podrick.
What an absolutely stunning venue with breathtaking views! Even more breathtaking was the gorgeous Emma. Wow! I actually gasped when I saw her.

We collected Podrick on the morning at the venue, took him a lovely big walk then took him back for the photos.

Congratulations Emma & Steven. It was an absolute pleasure to be there to help with Podrick.

On Saturday we popped to Gleddoch House Hotel & Golf Club to allow wee Leo see Rebecca & Stephen so they could have some photos together ❤️

He was walked earlier then taken to a secure dog field so he could run and play with our 2 dogs. Apparently, he was nice and tired when he was taken home on Sunday 😁

It was lovely to see View-Photography again. Always a pleasure 😁

Yesterday took me to the stunning Kinmount House where Whisky was involved in a few pre wedding photos and he was extremely excited 😂. Because it was quite a distance and I knew we weren't going to be there very long, I decided to make a wee day of it and stay around Dumfries for an adventure. my friend & part time assistant Lorna came along too.
We took whisky a gorgeous walk along the banks on the Nith where Robert Burns lived.
We then wandered around the Robert Burns Ellisland Museum and Farm and it was fascinating.
We then popped in for a wee lunch before going another walk in the hills on the way home.
He was one very tired pooch ❤️

*Public Service Announcement:*
Our Bonnie was recently diagnosed with a minor heart murmur but at today's check up it has slightly worsened so she was put on medication to keep it from getting any worse.
Thankfully, from past experience with former pets, we had the awareness that the very same drugs are available online from many reputable websites, which many people are not aware is even an option.
So we took a 1 week course from the vet so we can start treatment right away and then the search began!
A quick Google later and we found 11 different online pharmacies that can provide exactly what we need.
As you can see from the list below, which takes the cost of the prescription and delivery into account, even the dearest price we could find online was £24.30 per month cheaper than the vet. That's £291.60 saving per year.
That in itself is amazing. But it doesn't end there...

After quickly shopping around the other online pharmacies, the cheapest we found was a saving of £48.21 PER MONTH!
That's a staggering £578.51 saving per year, which is an unbelievable 60% cheaper than getting it direct from the vet.

Obviously it depends what meds you are looking for, some sites may be cheaper than others, just like anything else. But it just goes to show, if you need long term meds for your furbabies, it really does pay to shop around.

Danny has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and has unfortunately been advised that him and his partner Emma need to bring their planned wedding forward.
They were originally getting married this September but have now secured a date this month.
All going well the wedding will now take place in Motherwell registry office on the 25th July then on to Orbison bowling club Bellshill.

2024 diary now CLOSED!
Going forward, I'm taking on less as the past 3 years have been absolutely full on (thank you). This is partly due to catching up with the COVID rebookings.
I absolutely love what I do and I'm extremely lucky to do this.
When I started my business 6, almost 7yrs ago, it wasn't really a "thing" here so it's been years of knocking on doors of venues, arranging meetings with them to introduce the business and explain what a dog chaperone is, which was exciting because I had absolutely no idea how to actually do it as I'd never seen it done before but I knew weddings and have always been a confident dog handler so I just "winged it" 😂😂😂
I was doing all of these meetings weekly along with actual chaperoning so I've worked 7 days a week some months building my business.
I love it but I'd like more free time now. I'm getting on a bit 😉
The fantastic thing is, there are now many more fantastic chaperones who all offer their own unique service so, if you contact me and I'm unavailable, I can pass your enquiry onto them (with your permission).

VIPs Brie & Snoop at Archie's Dog Acres last night for playtime with Angus, Bonnie & Troy after their wedding appearance yesterday. A bit damp but found jackets to fit everyone!
Sorry Snoop, wee man, for making you wear a pink jacket! He didn't seem to mind as long as he was warm and dry. Anyway, real men wear pink! 🩷
