One of the things I love about making the themed birthday stacks is knowing that your little one wakes up on the morning of their birthday to their favourite character!!

When you're mad about Super Mario but especially one character in particular it just has to be a Princess Peach birthday stack.

Sofia was over the moon with her birthday stack & her lovely mummy has given me permission to share her picture.

A year ago today I made my first balloon hoop for my daughter's Baby Shower!

After getting some extortionate prices for balloons I decided to have a go myself. My 'I can do that' attitude took over & after watching dozens of YouTube videos I designed my first hoop. I was so proud of myself & had a happy daughter & hadn't paid hundreds for it.

I look back at that first hoop & although I can see all the mistakes I made I'm still proud of taking the time & effort to have a go & I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Roll forward 2 years & this is the work I'm now producing & still enjoying bringing a smile to clients faces when their vision becomes a reality!

A set up from earlier in the year for lovely Hannah's 30th Birthday at the Leeds Irish Centre.
I love the regal look of Gold, White Sand & Satin White which gives a very elegant backdrop for party photos!

Something a bit different to add to the Adorabubble options for party decorations!

There are so many occasions a mini table top display like this can be used for, which will add that little bit of 'wow' to the decorations.

This was for a special young man's 10th Birthday but I already have ideas going round in my head for table decorations instead of using the helium filled balloons. A decoration for the cake table . . . . . . . .the ideas are limited only by your own imagination!

Another local business called in the services of Adorabubble Balloons By Sharon to celebrate their 50th Anniversary in October last year! In business terms, 50 years of trading is a fabulous achievement & I was honoured to do this for friend & business owner of Arts & Flowers, Kirsty. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my flowers & have been using Arts & Flowers since they did my wedding flowers nearly 30 years ago!!

The set-up coincided with the battering of Storm Babet so I spent a sleepless night on 19th October dreaming about the balloons outside the shop blowing away in the storm!! The following day when I delivered the number towers I was delighted to see they'd all survived & the only damage was someone writing on a couple of the balloons 😡!!

These balloons lasted through the 50th celebrations & I then added some Halloween foils so they could be used for Halloween too!!

This is why I use top quality products & not the cheap kits you can buy! It really is worth paying that bit more to be sure your display will last not only for the date of your celebration but way beyond!

Set up at New Travellers Rest Crossgates yesterday for a 31st Birthday celebration.

Popular at the moment, Eucalyptus Green & Gold have featured in my last few set ups & this time they're teamed with White & a little hint of Black to tie in with the room decor.

Beautiful giraffe themed balloons for my Granddaughters 1st birthday. I shared this on my personal page but forgot to share it on here!

I've neglected my social media over the last couple of months but have definitely not been idle!

I've quite a few displays & number stacks to share with you but will start with a display I did for a Christening at the weekend.

The venue was the Irish Centre Leeds & the brief was sage green, baby pink & gold with the babies name & pastel animal foils.

The three colours are very popular as they go so well together for any events. The babies name was spelt out using the alphabet blocks.

Really pleased with how this set up turned out for little Jessica's Christening.

***** IT'S ONLY BALLOONS!!!*****

Just thought I'd give you a breakdown of what's included in any price I give. Alot of what's included is 'out of sight' but still needs to be taken into consideration when working out a price.

To give you an idea, I'll use the recent display I did for my Granddaughters Christening as an example.

💗 Firstly, when a client contacts me they don't always have a definitive idea of what they want so I can spend some time in the 'thinking stage' suggesting ideas etc . . . . .this all takes time but isn't a cost I pass on to the client.

💗 Driving to the wholesalers to pick up materials. I use high quality branded balloons so I can be sure they will last & will be the right colour etc. At the beginning I used Amazon kits but quickly learn that these
1. Do not look like they do in the pictures
2. Have an awful chemical smell
3. Do not inflate consistently so give a mis-shapen look
4. Have holes in some balloons so too much wastage . . . . . I could go on.
They're okay for DIY use but I definitely wouldn't use them for a display I'm charging for.

💗 It took 8 hours to inflate & prepare all the balloons for the rainbow display. This was all done the day before to make set up at the venue quicker the following morning.

💗 Driving to the venue & putting the whole display together. This took 2 hours but only because of the work I'd done at home beforehand. I was lucky that Croía's daddy was able to borrow a van & help me transport everything, without that I would have had to inflate the majority of the balloons at the venue or make 2 trips with a car = petrol, time etc!

💗 Going back to the venue the following morning to dismantle everything. Again, petrol, time etc.

Please take all this into consideration when asking for a price & remember

Black & gold for Emma's 18th Birthday stack.

These numbers really do give that 'glitz & sparkle' to any arrangement & co-ordinate perfectly with the classic black & gold colour scheme.

A champagne bottle, glass & a few bubbles & this stack was ready for the 18th celebrations!

Saturday was my Granddaughters Christening Day so I had to pull out all the stops for this display!

Absolutely loved pulling this together & transferring what was in my head into the display.

Introducing the latest addition to the Adorabubble Balloons by Sharon balloon room, where all the creating takes place.

I've had to turn down so many requests for helium ballons as there was a UK shortage which had pushed up the cost of helium & most wholesalers were not taking on new helium customers.

I can now provide helium clusters, either latex or foil, or a combination of both, money balloons, baby reveal balloons & many more!

Was a pleasure to decorate the Gary Speed Suite at Elland Road for the Leeds United Women's Presentation Night on Friday.

A mix of Clear Bubble Balloons with mini balloons inside & Table Clusters made up of a mix of foil & latex balloons.

Only the best when it comes to balloons for my Grandson's 1st birthday party.

I loved putting this jungle theme balloon display together & it was my first time making a number mosaic which really gave a wow factor to the display.

This is where it all started 12 months ago, balloons for my daughter's Baby Shower!

Using 2 Amazon balloon kits & a pump & I loved doing it.

I've learnt so much over the last 12 months, one of which is that Amazon kits are not good quality! The colours are never as they appear in the photos, they smell of chemicals & the majority of the balloons are mis-shapen or have holes in them.

I now only use top quality balloons that are biodegradable, vibrant true colours & guaranteed to last way beyond your event or celebration.

I've loved learning new skills & techniques & letting my creativity run wild. I always put 110% into your displays & always go beyond what I'm charging for as I want to give your display that WOW factor.
