‘The Fresh’ my favourite of our salad menu - courgette ribbons, fine beans, tender stems of broccoli, with heaps of fresh herbs - dill, parsley, basil and mint (yes it really does work!), fresh garlic, and lashings of lemon, pepper and good oil. Adapted from a Greek recipe I tried in Goa (true story!) and made even better this weekend by the amazing courgettes, beans and beautiful flowers (along with many other veg - some pictured) coming from our new supplier .farm in Devon. We are excited to connect with them and can feel and taste the love in their growing - more please!

Flash back to last years Labneh takeover - we had 17 labneh parcels hanging in the fridge for a wedding of 120 people. We served the deliciously yummy cheese that we made on boards with half adorned with rose petals, sticky sweet caramel chilli nuts, pomegranate molasses and orange, and the other half with lashings of freshly cut herbs, burnt lemons, dukkah and garlic. Served with Turkish breads. We also made a plant based version with our homemade soft peppery lemony cashew cheese. Which went down really well.

Woke up from a dream about our yummy Buckwheat Tabbouleh, and thought to share! Have you tried our crunchy, tart, herby, healthy tabbouleh? Made with lashings of herbs, dates, apricots, pomegranate, spring onions, lemon, rich olive oil, crushed toasted almonds and of course Buckwheat - a great twist on a classic dish! Available in all our menu options (salads, picnics, mezzes, delivery etc etc)

Definitely needed to test out these little beauties, for work purposes honestly! Do you know we do dessert tables, mini dessert canapés and of course mini dessert canapé tables! This is our mini scone with jam and clotted cream (because we are in Devon of course - pressure though to get it right. These need a smaller cookie cutter and to be a little taller not so wide. Otherwise blooming lovely - they crunch, then crumble, then goo. Of course we make a plant based version. Oh and if you don’t put the cream on first, then the jam - I am not speaking to you!
