designed her dress inspired by one of her fabulous mum Janes's vintage dresses, with the bridesmaids all in it was a wonderful exuberant affair of colour pattern and design. All featured in British, Australian and American Vogue no less 🤍

I adored doing these flowers for you Mrs Hatter, when we all shed a tear on the morning of your wedding when we realised the flowers were the same as the flowers your gorgeous mum had lovingly embroidered onto your veil, is a memory I will never forget.

T h e ~ costal retreat pt 2

The Flowers…

Our 2nd full day at our Coastal Retreat started with the most glorious florals from two rather wonderful chaps and

They were just perfect, all set up in The Mill .welly ready for our guests to wander down from their cottages after breakfast, whist Hannah began the preparations for our campfire lunch, the light was beautiful and in between a shower of rain the sun came out.

C o a s t a l ~ retreat pt 1

After arriving at our first Agnes and Erda Costal Retreat with me and Becky on Thursday afternoon our guests settled into the cottages followed with walk and a fine dinner of Homemade onion and rosemary sourdough focaccia, mushroom risotto, gorwydd caerffili, ember baked dressed leeks, rocket + autumn leaf salad
Blackberry and hazelnut frangipani tart with creme fraiche, help down with some wonderful wines.

We had our first full day on Friday and what a fabulous day we had at Ty Coch .welly. It started with making the most beautiful baskets under the caring eye of Jo, thank you we love our creations. Then we went foraging for goodies along the coast. Our guests found some amazing treasure and laid it all out and shared stories. Then the fire was lit and cooking began by our truly inspirational chef Hannah of who effortlessly whipped up,
Smoky mixed bean chilli, slow cooked bbq brisket, corn on the cob with harissa sourcream + feta, fire pit squashes, kohlrabi + spring onion slaw all followed by the most delicious
Lime + butterfly sorrel basque cheesecake
What a fantastic start and the perfect way to spend the autumn equinox. Pt 2 coming up.
