Margam Castle - 8th June 2024

Vigil One - Whole Group vigil in the nursery

We started our investigation with everyone in the nursery.

It was very quiet initially, but within minutes of beginning we heard knocks and footsteps in the hallway and a staff member and guest both reported feelings a nausea and headache. Oddly about 30 minutes into the vigil, both people felt these ill feelings disappeared at exactly the same time!
Whilst there was little light sensor activity, a guests rempod kept turning off when our backs were turned, a phenomenon that didn't happen later in the night.
We used necrophonics and had good question and answer responses, the name "Emily" "Ben" and "Kelly" came out. The word "Help" was heard repeatedly and we were told "go up", unfortunately this was not an option in the venue!
Another guest used "robocop" or an "MiP" (Mobile Inverted Pendulum) to try and encourage the alleged child spirits to interact with us. This was interesting to see in person and did move, turn and say a few things.
Guests also reported sensations of hair pulling and like something was crawling up their leg.

Vigils Two/Three - The Bedrooms

In the "Tapestry" room we settled around a table with lights and catballs dotted around us. Guests and staff reported shadows and the feeling of being watched.
One guest took some photos in close succession after several people reported a shadow in the doorway and we feel there may be something in one shot that wasn't in the one before!
Whilst nothing appeared in the SLS in the room we were in, when a guest took the SLS into the next room or what would have been "The Green Dressing Room" and where C.R.M Talbot died, a figure did appear on the SLS.
Both vigils in this room undertook table tipping and reported strong vibrations and movement. There were pebbles thrown and the floor moving underneath our chairs.
There was occasional light and catball activity in both vigils.
We had left rempods on the grand staircase, and with both groups in separate parts of the house we thought we heard these but couldn't verify this unfortunatley. What is worth noting that the REMPOD was drained when we packed down and the battery was new.

Vigils three/two - The Dining Room and Library

A human pendulum was the most effective communication tool in the Library for group 2s 2nd vigil. The participant acting as the pendulum reported feeling very strong reactions or pushing towards either a yes or no answer.
There was some light and catball activity in this area.
In the dining room we had the strangest phenomena I have experienced and we tried our hardest to debunk this at the time. A patrol car drove past the building, and as the lights shone through the window, shadows of people walking past were cast. There was nobody outside and although there was some topiary outside, this didn't account for the different sizes and movement.
Through Alice and another staff members app, we were told that there were many spirits, that were mostly good and one sould was seeking justice for being falsly accused.

Names that came out on ours and guest apps were; Emily, Dave, Jenny, Debra, Mike and a Trevor Johnson. These names came out several times.

It's safe to say this was an event unlike one for quite some time. Shadows, pebbles thrown, footsteps and feeling physically affected. Margam Castle, its been a pleasure and we will be back!

Posting for a friend in Whittelsey, Peterborough. They had a notification of someone at the door but no one was there and later received this notification. We've checked the live lightening tracker for the location and time this was captured and nothing....any ideas?

After plans for b.h were derailed by a day in A&E in the Blake House we went to our favourite local beach/park area yesterday. I went off for 5 minutes with Alice running on Simons phone and and the video going on my phone - wow is all I can say!
