Hey family its been a minute but I am back. This past week has been Mens mental health week, and I have also I filmed this project to raise awareness about dealing with depression and negative thoughts.

Some key stats if you didn't know:

- Just over three out of four su***des (76%) are by men and su***de is the biggest cause of death for men under 35

- 12.5% of men in the UK are suffering from one of the common mental health disorders

- Men are nearly three times more likely than women to become alcohol dependent (8.7% of men are alcohol dependent compared to 3.3% of women

- Men are more likely to use (and die from) illegal drugs

- Men are less likely to access psychological therapies than women. Only 36% of referrals to IAPT (Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies) are men.

Aburi Botanical Garden.

About a forty-five minutes drive from Accra, its located on the Akwapim-Togo Range of Ghana. Did you know these palm trees was planted by seed over 50 years ago and actually from Cuba?

This was one my fave places in Ghana have you been here?

Pro tip - Get there early when they open so no one is there to get in the way of the pic (I know we can always remove them... I did lol)
