“The Sunshine Negroni is a Rum based Negroni. We infuse Don Papa 7 year Rum with pineapple pieces which have been individually roasted in foil for 3.5 hours, so you can imagine the juicy flavours that get absorbed by the Rum over the 2 day infusion period. Instead of a red vermouth we use Belsazar white and Suze instead of Campari for a full twist on the classic Negroni. With Don Papa vanilla and pineapple tones leading the flavour profile of this cocktail, we celebrate the Filipino feelings of Summery Fun.” Created by
