By owning the building’s freehold, we have had greater con

trol over the building’s design, costs and running. This is how we are able to deliver a 5 star experience without the price tag. Before we owned our building, we found that the room hire price first quoted never ended up being the price paid – everything came as an extra. So we chose to be different from the rest – our simple pricing structure includes everything that you need. We have designed CIWEM Venue to not only have strong visual impact but to also be a comfortable, innovative and supportive space. Your satisfaction is our primary concern.
