With a strong Japanese influence found throughout our hotel - through cuisine 🥢 and artwork 🎴 - our Flowers on Film 🎞️ concept takes inspiration from the film adaptation of the opera, The Mikado, that first opened in 1885 in the Savoy theatre – the namesake of one of our spacious Studio Suites.

Designed by Rob and the team at , a uniquely decorated bonsai tree frames the front of our townhouse with a setting sunset behind and offers a bold and enticing presentation of the authentic Japanese journey, and celebration of theatre, that you can experience when you step inside ... 💐 🎞️🇯🇵🥢

We have collaborated with to create a floristry display that embodies the playful and colourful spirit of EvolutionSK.

ESK Founder Serra Kirdar invites you to visit the world of ESK on Wednesday 24th May from 12pm. Discover exclusive trunk show edits from distinctive women’s designers and In addition, come and indulge in delectable treats from and create your own bouquet from Rob Van Helden.

ESK will be getting the party started from 5pm with bubbles and a live DJ set.

Last year at the Bridelux Awards 2022, I was honoured to receive The Lady Elizabeth Anson Lifetime Achievement Award. This year, Bridelux have re-branded as RSVP and I am delighted to have been asked up on stage again at the first RSVP London Symposium on Monday 24th April 2023 at The Londoner.

Joining a panel of fabulous industry experts which includes Yevnig Davis of By Yevnig Sarah Balfour of Orchid Events and hosted by Milan Thakrar we will be discussing how, in our combined 60 years of experience, we have explored sustainability in the luxury event space and its ever-changing landscape. I am very much looking forward to seeing everyone there.

A FLORAL FEAST FOR A FOX 🦊 Somewhere in the gloom and doom of the loss of natural biodiversity and the increased number of endangered species, there are some creatures that have made a success of living with people. Foxes have become our urban neighbours and are happily navigating the same concrete jungles as us. In London, it is estimated that 10,000 foxes have lived among humans (or do we live among them?) since Victorian times. It’s an unwritten partnership, with humans providing shelter, bait and some food and foxes helping with our rodents. As foxes are harmless to people and wonderful opportunistic scavengers, it makes sense that London is the place to be. We wanted to celebrate the most widespread wild carnivore on the planet, the London urban fox, for choosing to live amongst us and putting up with us humans as their neighbours.
