The ultimate ladies night out. Every Thursday night.
7 pm get the blood pumping in a dynamic Latin Body Mix dance class, guaranteed to work every muscle.
Followed by 8pm full body stretching class to work on improving body flexibility and maybe even learn the splits?
Both classes perfectly compliment each other or you can choose to attend one class only.
£12 per class or £20 if you attend both.

New Latin & Ballroom and American Smooth Classes in South London.

Join us every Wednesday for an evening full of dancing - learn the Slow Waltz and the cheeky Cha-Cha at our Novice Ballroom & Latin class or explore the dance style of Fred Astaire at the new beginners American Smooth class.
No experience needed.

7 - 8 pm Latin & Ballroom
8 - 9 pm American Smooth

£15 per class
£20 for both classes

New location in the heart of South London @ The Venue on Middle St in Croydon Town Center.

Easy access from East Croydon, West Croydon train stations, London Tramline and a large car park next door.
