With the database growing constantly of young talented musicians and Drum Majors, this ties in nicely with a few opportunities that are in the pipeline. The ‘Mini Force’ is to showcase the future of Drum Majoring and with its first outing in a few weeks, this falls nicely with our nearly ready to launch next step! 🤩 A few sneak peaks recently may have been a give away!

The first of the monies handed over today! Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke

Today, Paula met Valerie, Community Fundraising Coordinator, who received the donation of £1,000 which goes towards fantastic services here in NI.

It was an honour for The Force to sponsor the Summer Gala Ball this year through collaboration of local talent and with its many donations, raffle tickets and tickets for the gala helped raise £2,000. Thank you everyone who supported.

The Force shared some news at the Summer Gala Ball hosted at the sensational Galgorm Resort which we sponsored this event.

The Force showcased their newly sponsored uniform from Harris Kilt Company. This kilt choice - Spirit of Scotland, will be The Force’s trademark for future events. 🤩

The welcomed guests were greeted by Highland Dancer Thea Kinley wearing the bespoke new attire .

£2,000 raised for two great charities! Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke and ToberTinys Community Playgroup.

I have loved this collaboration, not just because of the School’s ethos and background, but the drive, enthusiasm and excitement from the students involved. It’s been a fantastic two days, with lots learnt and achieved.

Thank you so much to Paula at The Force for a great two days during Pre-Season training. It's been great to mix the traditional and ceremonial with the more contemporary, very visual style that a Drum Major can bring to the Band. It's been great what has been achieved in such a short time over the two days!

Safe trip home and can't wait to welcome you back to Gordon's again in the future!

September holds an exciting new collaboration with Gordon's School Pipes and Drums!
Paula is booked to travel over in early September to deliver a 2 day workshop. “It’s always a pleasure to be involved within a school setting who are keen to stand out, and I am delighted to be involved, encourage and teach the art of Drum Majoring”. 🎶

🎶🤩 Worlds Week 🤩🎶
It’s been an exciting one for some of the Elite Team this week.
Highlights have been:
* Piping Live, The Big Band hosting over 170 musicians to walk through Glasgow and was led by one of our Elite Team, Kathy.
* 400th Podcast on The Big Rab Show was simply incredible to be a part of at The National Piping Centre and something that we consider a fantastic memory and opportunity.
* We have had the pleasure of being part of an UlsterScots TV Programme which has been following our connections. They filmed before we left for The Worlds, during the Friday in prep for the event and I talked them through what the event expected from performers on the day of the Worlds. The crew have been incredible and a real joy to work with.👌

This was incredible to be part of! The atmosphere has been incredible.
What a privledge to be asked to perform at the 400th Podcast of The Big Rab Show. The team delivered a highly sycronised display to a packed audience at The The National Piping Centre! Proud as always! 🎶❤️🤩

Today saw Kathy Hunter, one of our elite team, be Senior Drum Major for the ‘Big Band’ marching through Glasgow to kick start Piping Live 🎶🎶🎶
What an experience to lead 175 musicians through Glasgow! 👌
It was a privilege for The Force to be asked to send one of their Drum Majors to lead this parade and in the process give a donation to such a wonderful cause .
Also, how exciting to meet and perform alongside Ally the Piper. More so, as we use some of her music to perform too! 💕🎶🤩👌

Huge THANKYOU to Chris and Hayley who always go above and beyond to give Pipe Bands - Pipers, Drummers and now Drum Majors an avenue to learn and participate. They have over the past 3 years been receiving virtual lessons and now bring drum majoring to the North West of England in the form of a much needed workshop for aspiring drum majors.
Fantastic and well organised event, finished off with a lovely meal at a fabulous venue! 👏👌

Wonderful day at the Liverpool Scottish Drum Major Workshop. Such warm hospitality with a great, enthusiastic, hard working bunch.
The craic was good with plenty of laughs and advice to take away! Until the next time! 🎶🎶🎶👌
