We were really pleased with the turn out for the High Grades course on Sunday the 27th October. There was a good cross-section of adults and junios plus members from several different classes ie Shaolin Wuzuquan (Five Ancestors Fist), Chinese Boxing and Wushu. Good effort from all of the High Grades (junior and senior) who made it to the Xtra Training Session today...

It was very satisfying to see the youngsters progressing to the stage where they can mingle their training with the adults.

Good luck and best wishes to those members of our club who will joining their team mates from Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan UK/EUR at the meeting and competition in China in a couple of weeks 👏🙏

We are very sad to hear of the passing of a friend and excellent instructor.
Mr Wong Kam Fatt ('KF') in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, was also a long time, good friend of our Grandmaster Han. Amongst others, 'KF' helped us enormously during our many training trips to the Shizu Chee Kim Thong clubhouse in KL.
