✨Live at Lunchtime – Bay Bryan✨

We can’t wait for performance this Friday 2 August. Stripped down to the roots, Bay transports us into the mesmerising alt.folk world of his concept album ‘The Meadow.’ As heard on BBC 2’s The Folk Show with Mark Radcliffe, Bay’s music is accessible yet complex with a philosophical edge akin to 1970’s Labi Siffre. Existential in nature, ‘The Meadow’ is heavily influenced by Bay’s upbringing in the Rockies of Colorado.

✨Live at Lunchtime – Emily Mercer✨

We’re so excited to welcome to the Hall this Friday 21 June. Manchester Songwriter Emily Mercer’s sound is the sum of many parts, from indie pop hooks to jazz-inspired harmony backed by wavy keys and lo-fi beats. At once nostalgic and strikingly modern, her songs explore themes of truth seeking, self-sabotage, and all that make us messy and human.

Live at Lunchtime is a series of free lunchtime concerts, which will be running on various Fridays throughout May-September. Doors open 12:30, and all concerts start at 12.45pm and will last 45 minutes, perfect if you fancy some entertainment on your lunch break.
