Why should you tell your venue you have hired a booth?
1. Common courtesy, it’s nice to let you r venue know so that they are expecting us!
2. Accessibility, we need to access the venue in the Safeway way possible and they can provide us with that information and find a suitable entrance.
3. Space, we need the space and power points for the booths, so with this in mind the venue can add this to their plan. If we don’t have space and can’t setup the booth we can not provide the booth for you.
