In my dreams

'In My Dreams' was originally created as a page that my friends could follow as I developed my hobby in baking and cake decorating, gradually word got out and I was receiving more and more requests for celebration cakes so I took the next step and registered my kitchen with NNDC. It was my 'dream' to take my love of baking and cake decorating further, hence the name but I never dreamed 2 years ago

that I would be asked to create so many special cakes. I take my business very seriously which is why I have been registered with a hygiene rating of 5, have signed up to the Sugar Craft Guild, have completed several courses in sugar craft and am fully trained in the recent change to food legislation regarding food allergens. I am also insured so you can be assured that your cakes are not only being creating with an enormous amount of love and care but also responsibly. Each quote is individually tailored to your requirements so I only offer a guide. All my cakes are layered and filled with buttercream and jam or ganache but there are many other options that I would be happy discuss with you. Each cake is also coated in a luxurious white or milk chocolate ganache before being iced so each slice makes a truly indulgent treat.
