Couple of delicious cakes made today. Mango sponge that happens to be vegan and gluten free and a ‘queen of sheeba’ chocolate almond cake that also happens to be gluten free and refined sugar free. The apricot jam under the ganache on this one takes it to the next level.

we don’t have a Google account so i couldn’t leave a review, but your lasagne was one of the best we’ve ever tasted.
What’s the secret of the topping? It was superb.
Thank you for the wonderful food and efficient service. I tried to wash the dishes but i think your dishwasher will do a better job.

Love it when I can make dreams come true. This customer was waiting by the door, like an excited child on Christmas Day as I arrived to deliver their meal 😍.
“I have always loved egg custard tarts and many years back I used to be able to get hold of a plate sized option.
However, now they only seem to be available as small ones in 2 or 4 packs from the supermarkets..... any chance of creating a large one for me please?”
