Our Story, Adding Art to the Heart of your Party or Occasion
Having worked with children and families for over 20 years in Childcare, Education and as a Community Artist, I have decided to combine my passion for both, to create, 'The Arty Party Planner', taking any special occasion and transforming it into a treasured memory. Whatever the celebration 'The Arty Party Planner' will add Art to the heart of your party or occasion. Offering tailor made bespoke parties, the whole party package, you choose the date and leave the rest to us, if we don't offer it then we know a company that does. We offer a range of packages which include, Themed Art Parties, Themed Party Games, Professional Face painting & Temporary Glitter Tattoos, adding sparkle to any event.
Working as a professional artist (BA Fine Art, Northumbria) and community artist you can be confident that all art activities are bespoke, well planned, delivered. And for added peace of mind I have a bank of transferable skills and qualification gained whilst working in childcare and education, including working with children and young people with additional needs.
For large parties I work in association with ‘Little Footprints Childminding’ a fantastic childminder with years of experience of working with children, in her diverse practice arts and craft activities are a key feature, she is also experienced at differentiating activities making them age and ability appropriate. (Ofsted registered, DBS and First Aid trained) Our face painting is guaranteed to light up your child's face...at birthdays, weddings, christenings & family celebrations. I can create truly magical designs for boys & girls and these include princesses, fairies, butterflies & rainbows as well as spiderman, lions & monsters, to name but a few. I only use professional products, specially formulated to be friendly to the most delicate skin, Hypoallergenic, Non-toxic and east to remove (with soap & water). I follow industry standards, policies and procedures. All glitter, including ‘festival glitter’ is the highest cosmetic grade. If you would like to discuss a themed party event for your child - please feel free to contact me to discuss any special requirements. I know that every child's birthday is a special occasion, so i am extremely flexible in coming up with bespoke ideas.
Art activities, Face painting and Glitter Tattoos can be booked for commercial events, hourly and daily rates can be arranged. I have public liability insurance, can provide a risk assessment for events and hold a DBS.
