My absolutely beautiful grandma sadly passed away a few weeks ago……me and my mam wanted to say thank you to the staff at the home where she spent the last part of her life. They cared for her so so well while she wasn’t well and made her last days as comfortable as possible. They have been so kind to my mam before and after my grandma passed away so this is very well deserved. Thank you so so much for taking care of my grandma ###xx
