After this class sold out last we week, we decided to do a second run. .. Still places left!! Come along and get creative with a dream.

And if you can, try Dream Incubation. This is a method to engage with your dreams. Before going to sleep, ask your dream maker a question. Maybe try asking your dreams to show you something that would be helpful for you to explore.

New workshop at the Newcastle art Centre, hosted by me (Rachel) and a friend who is a practising psychotherapist.

We will make art, talk about Jungian psychology, and get a bit more deep thinking about how we create. It's all about the process not the product, so any ability welcome.

Not long left to see exhibition of Chris Mortons work. We were kindly shown around out of hours (riding a VIP high here, thank you so much, Peter!). Chris will be there Wednesday to talk about his work... and maybe some tales from the punk/Stuff records scene to boot!

And, you get involved with their next exhibition which is an open invite for anyone to hang/install work in the gallery. Cannot wait to see what it creates
